MMM Electrical Services Ltd is a young company. Rather than fill this page with testimonials nobody can check, here is exactly how we handle reviews — and every real one will appear here as it comes in.
How we ask
Once the work is finished and your certificate has been emailed, you get one message with a link. That is it. No follow-ups, no chasing, and nothing offered in exchange — incentivised reviews are against Google’s rules and they are obvious to read anyway.
If something was not right, we would rather you called and gave us the chance to put it right than left it in a review. That offer is genuine and it stands after the job is paid for.
Why this page is honest about it
Invented testimonials are everywhere in the trades, and most people can spot them. Fake reviews also breach Google’s policies and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act, which since 2025 has made publishing them a civil offence in the UK. A business that will fabricate a review will cut other corners too, and the ones you cannot see are behind your walls.
